Discover Le Marin
Typically French, of stone construction with red tiles and wooden shutters, this very attractive house can sleep up to six adults or four adults and four children. The inside has exposed timber ceilings and parquet and terracotta tiled floors. The house is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, Satellite TV, flat screen TV,DVD, DVD's, ipod dock and mini stereo. For out of season use there is a woodburning stove and electric central heating.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor landing off which are: two double bedrooms (one with door leading to its own totally private terrace), a bathroom and stairs to an attic room with four single beds.
The ground floor consists of a large open-plan living/dining room with woodburning stove,satellite TV, shower room and well equipped kitchen. This leads to a sheltered vine covered terrace.
The lower terrace has a stone built barbecue and overlooks the large, fenced 12 x 5m swimming pool. The house has a large lawned area overlooking fields and vineyards and is also well supplied with garden furniture. For younger children there is a travel cot, high chair, pushchair and stair gates.
